I am looking for an experienced landscaper/gardener to level and turf a rear garden. The garden is approximately 48 ft x 12 ft (14.6 m x 3.7 m), giving an estimated area of 54 m² / 576 sq ft. , Ground preparation, levelling, topsoil and turf installation The work required is: * Level and prepare the existing garden area ready for turf. Ensure the ground is properly graded and level before laying turf. * Supply and lay good-quality, hard-wearing lawn turf. * Prepare the soil appropriately, including topsoil if required. * Ensure the finished lawn has good drainage and a neat, level finish. * Clear away all waste and leave the garden tidy on completion. Please quote for labour and materials, including turf and any topsoil required. I would prefer someone with experience in garden landscaping and turf installation who can provide a professional, high-quality finish. The measurements are approximate, so I would like the contractor to visit and measure the garden accurately before providing a final quotation. Please include in your quote: 1. Labour 2. Turf 3. Topsoil/soil preparation 4. Waste removal 5. Any other materials required 6. Estimated time to complete the work

Title: Fit Artificial Grass on 7m² Balcony – Labour Only – Islington I’m looking for someone experienced to fit artificial grass on my 7m² balcony in Islington. The balcony is level and has recently been jet washed, so there is very little preparation required. I already have the following: * Artificial grass * Underlay * Double-sided tape to secure the grass * White spirit to remove a few tiny remaining decking-stain marks What needs doing: * Quick brush/clean of the balcony * Remove the few small stains using the white spirit I provide * Measure and mark accurately * Trim the underlay to fit * Cut and trim the artificial grass neatly around the decking * Lay the underlay and grass * Secure it using the double-sided tape * Ensure everything is neat, straight and properly finished You only need to bring your own tools for measuring, cutting and fitting the grass and underlay. IMPORTANT*** This is a housing-association property, so NO glue, adhesive, permanent fixing or anything that could damage the balcony floor is to be used. I only want the double-sided tape that I have supplied used. This is a small, straightforward 7m² job, with all the materials already supplied. Please only make an offer if you are experienced with artificial grass installation and are happy with the requirements above. **No time wasters, please. I don’t need additional materials or unnecessary work — I simply need the grass and underlay measured, cut, fitted and finished neatly.**
