Looking to pay on aper hope basis as too hard to estimate the total time of these tasks We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to carry out a range of painting, and general maintenance tasks, including: **Woodwork & Assembly** - Fitting curtain rods (professional concrete drillrequired, if you have a normal drill we can skip this task) - Sanding and varnishing a vanity unit (multiple coats, inside and out) - Installing IKEA LED light strips in multiple locations - Building flat-pack beds and flat-pack storage furniture - Trimming solid hardwood bed frame posts to fit an angled ceiling - Modifying and completing a storage unit requiring a partial leg cut **Painting** - Painting the interiors of several fitted wardrobes and understairs cupboards - Painting angled ceiling sections (2 of 2mx2m), including a multi-coat finish **General & Outdoor Maintenance** - Fitting a window blind - Repairing a bike shed roof and general shed maintenance - Laying chipboard on eaves wall - Adjusting shed bolt catch height - Securing shed windows in place
