Small repair needed to the brick/stone pillar at front garden. The large top slab has come completely off and several of the bricks/blocks immediately underneath it have also come loose. I still have all the original pieces. I'm looking for someone to clean off the failed old mortar, rebuild the loose section with fresh mortar, finish the joints neatly, and securely refit the top slab. I'd also like the surrounding brickwork checked to make sure nothing else is loose. Photos attached. Are you happy to take on a small repair like this, and can you give me an approximate all-in price including materials from the photos.

I’m looking for someone reliable and practical to help with general household jobs on an ongoing/ad hoc basis. This isn’t really a cleaning role and I’m not looking for a skilled tradesperson or specialist handyman. It’s more someone who is happy to turn their hand to lots of different jobs around the house and garden and help me keep on top of things. Jobs could include things like: * Jet washing the back porch/patio * Moving pots, furniture or other items around * Hanging pictures * Putting up simple shelves or hooks * Tidying and organising the garage/outdoor areas * Small bits of garden tidying * Taking things apart or putting simple items together * General household maintenance and odd jobs * Helping with whatever else happens to be on the list that day Ideally I’m looking for someone practical, proactive and happy to get stuck in. Someone who can come over for a few hours, work through a list of different jobs and generally be an extra pair of hands around the house. There could be regular work for the right person as there are always bits and pieces that need doing.
