I have a laminate wooden floor where stupidly I threw away my replacement floorboard, I have between four and six damage boards that I need removing and replacing, given I don't have the originals we will probably have to rescue some of the Pristine ones that are under my cupboards and use these to replace the damaged area and then replace the removed slats under the cabinets with the closest fit that we can find. I need somebody who has the confidence to do this job and the understanding to help find the replacements. Ideally the same person would also help with replacing an extractor fan in the bathroom and re-silicon in the bathroom so if you can help Help with one or all of these, please be in touch.

I need help repairing a damaged wooden floorboard in my flat (Islington). Details: Solid wood floor (old planks) One plank is split and partially lifted Previous glue attempt needs correcting Gaps, splinters, and missing wood in places Scope of work: Clean up existing repair Stabilise the plank Fill gaps (ideally with strong filler/epoxy) Sand and level the surface Basic colour matching to blend with surrounding floor Goal is to make the repair as discreet as possible for end-of-tenancy (not a full replacement).
