There is peel-and-stick vinyl flooring in my kitchen. I want that fully removed and the stick to be cleaned off afterwards so the flooring is not sticky. I have taken 2 pictures. The black flooring is the peel-and-stick vinyl flooring. The grey flooring under it is the original flooring. Description:I am looking for a reliable professional to install new vinyl flooring across a small, open-plan kitchen and dining room to create one continuous, seamless floor.Project Details:Total Space Size: 10 square meters total (this covers both the kitchen area and the dining area combined).Current Floor: The kitchen section currently has old ceramic tiles that need to come up.Materials Provided: I have already purchased the vinyl planks. The planks have built-in underlay included on the back.The task requires:Skirting Board Removal: Carefully removing the skirting boards around the room before fitting, and refitting them afterward so the floor has a clean finish.Tile Uplift: Lifting and removing the existing ceramic tiles from the kitchen section.Waste Disposal: Taking away and properly disposing of all the old tile rubbish and floor debris (must be included in your offer).Floor Levelling: Prepping and levelling the subfloor across the entire 10m² area so there are no lips or uneven drops between the kitchen and dining zones.Fitting: Laying down my vinyl planks across the full 10m².Please state in your offer if your price includes the cost of the levelling compound/screed/adhesive or if I need to purchase it separately.

IDEALLY DONE THIS EVENING After having a wall knocked down, we need to replace the floor! It is wood. I sourced some new planks but they need to be cut slightly to fit correctly. Also we need a light switch cover changed and two new ceiling lights put up, very small things, but we’d like to get them done at the same time if possible.
