Looking for someone who can clean our decking. Nothing fancy, just need someone who has done this before and knows what they are doing. The clean can just be with warm water, dishwashing liquid and a stiff broom, followed by brightening/feeding the deck again to bring up the look with preferably Cabot’s Decking Oil – Merbau / Hardwood” as that will be compatible with our decking. I need an experienced flooring professional for a two-stage job in my kitchen in Aspley (QLD). I have a small cottage that originally had the floors white washed. It’s been along time since that was originally done. It now needs to have a light sand so I can paint over the top. 3 beds combined lounge dining area Currently no furniture in the house so it will be nice and easy. I’ll be moving in on the 19th so needs to be done beforehand otherwise I’ll have to do it myself. Hoping someone wants a quick easy cash job. I have been told it would probably take about 3-4 hours. Sand and polish my floors. The kitchen and living room built in cabinets will be removed as part of kitchen reno. The floors must be done between the strip out and installation. This will happen in next 5 to 7 weeks, dated TBC. Floor layout requiring sand and polish is marked in brown in the attached image. Floors of the bedrooms are floating hardwood and are cracking, if possible cracking should be fixed. Bedrooms do not require sand and polish.

Labour only. We have 1 damaged Baltic pine floor board which needs to be replaced. We have a spare floor board plank to replace the damaged one. Therefore the damaged plank needs to be cut and replaced with a new plank. No sanding or staining is required. There isn't any access to under the house.
