I’m looking for a professional who can supply and install hybrid waterproof floorboards (8mm) in a neutral colour (e.g., natural oak, barnside, or similar). Scope of work: • Area size: approximately 28–30m² of flooring • Remove and dispose of existing carpet/rug • Supply the hybrid floorboards and all required materials • Install the new flooring, including skirting/trim as needed • Floor levelling included • Please include all labour + material costs in the quote Please advise if there are any additional costs, such as trims or subfloor preparation. I had a exposed slab polish floor which was covered in scratches. Employed somebody from Hi Pages who came with a polisher/buffer and it did nothing. They then said to paint it and now it looks crap, so looking for somebody to grind the paint off, along with the shallow scratches so that I can seal it. Just want to return it to its original state, minus the scratches!

We have recently changed the shape of our kitchen island, which has left two gaps in our timber floor. We need a floorboard specialist to to fill the gaps (we understand it may not look perfect). I have a few original boards - but may not be enough. I’ve attached photos showing: * The two areas that need refilling * The spare boards we currently have (not enough for both gaps) The skirting boards are being installed in about 7 days, so it would be ideal to complete the job before then while access is easy.
