Looking for someone experienced with timber floors to: • Remove any failing/loose old gap filler • Re-punch / sink any raised nail heads (nail punch set provided) • Clean gaps thoroughly • Apply Sikaflex PRO to floor gaps • Tool and finish neatly Room size: 3.4m x 7.5m (~26m²) Older timber strip floor. I will provide: • Sikaflex PRO (multiple tubes) • Nozzles • Scraping tools • Nail punch set • Vacuum available You will need: • Experience working with polyurethane sealants (Sikaflex) • Own caulking gun • Attention to detail • Ability to drill/sink nails carefully without damaging timber • Clean, tidy finish We’re after clean lines and slightly recessed finish please. Please confirm: • Your experience with timber floors • If you have installed PU sealants before • Estimated time required Labour only — materials supplied.

About 77sqm of jarrah flooring needs to be sanded and polished. 3 bedrooms, one living-dining space (img 1) and hallway (img 3). Damage that needs repaired: - Bedroom 1 (img 4) has one plank that needs replaced - Bedroom 2 (img 5) has a few divots (6?) from previous flooring removal that require repair - Bedroom 3 (img 3) only has carpet grippers at edge which we can remove prior to work Can provide more photos.

My tenant is looking to move out therefore using the opportunity to fix the floors. Had them sanded and polished about 15 years ago and now they need to be redone. Thinking matte finish, water based so it doesnt stink out the other units. It has beading all around the skirtings, Unsure if that also needs to be replaced if sanding the floors? (Hopefully not)
