Hiya I’m looking for a skilled and reliable flooring professional to install glue-down LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) in a herringbone pattern across my kitchen and living room (31 m²), I need the current flooring removed and disposed too (it’s currently just straight laminate flooring nothing fancy!) Details: •Flooring is: LVT, 2.5 mm thick, 0.55 mm wear layer, dark tone •Installation: Glue-down (non-click) •Pattern: Herringbone •Subfloor: Concrete / wood (must be properly prepared for installation) •Must handle cutting/planning for corners, edges, and doorways Requirements: • Proven experience with glue-down LVT or vinyl flooring •Must bring tools & adhesive •Attention to detail as pattern alignment is critical Additional info: Total Floor area: 31 m² and I’m looking for a professional finish, timely completion Timeline: Flexible, but ideally within the next 2–3 weeks.

I already have the flooring already (would need to be cut for use) but would like to put it in the corridor and get rid of the carpet, nightmare as there a blind user (not me). It is an 'l' shape corridor and may need those metal line things that hold the floor down please. It's a thick vinyl and possibly needs new door strips. L467X91 with the door bit

I need my flooring finished ASAP SAT AM. there is not much left small hallway and living room is almost finished, due to the storage cupboard. Door will need to cut down to lay the rest of the flooring, however the screws are tough to remove stuck due to old nails. I have purchased replacement hinges for the door. A tool will be required to remove screws. I have door thresholds as slight ram by my bedroom door. The floor will require sealant to complete the jobs. Please excuse me if I reply late I am serious just want to make sure current carpenter cannot continue. Thank you in advance.

I am in the process of buying a flat and I am looking for an experienced flooring installer to help with removing existing flooring and installing new flooring in my flat. **Scope of work:** * Remove carpet from two rooms * Remove existing flooring from hallway * Dispose of all removed materials * Install new flooring across two rooms and hallway (approx. 35–40 m² total) * Ensure flooring is properly fitted, level, and finished around edges/doorways * You need to have your own tools and van to remove the rubbish, but I will supply floor, underlay and trim.
