The existing floor is flat and will be ready to lay over. I only have the planks so the Tasker will need to bring own tools and equipment. I need lino replaced (186 x 152cm/ 73.2" x 59.8") I will provide this. The last builders sealed between lino and skirting board and this has come away so needs resealing. The lino is under my washing machine (see pictures )so this needs to be moved (unplugged /disconnected) and replaced.
