I need lino replaced (186 x 152cm/ 73.2" x 59.8") I will provide this. The last builders sealed between lino and skirting board and this has come away so needs resealing. The lino is under my washing machine (see pictures )so this needs to be moved (unplugged /disconnected) and replaced.

Hi, This is a composite decking + wooden pergola job. We need composite decking laying (Total Surface Footprint: 37 m2) - we already have the decking but would need the correct amount of skirting board trim, edging trim and fixings. We already have a pergola/covering of the main central area (see pics attached for more detail) but would like to add the following:- Pergola 1 - Side Walkway - Total Footprint Coverage: 3.2 m2 (3.2m×1.0m) Pergola 2 - Bin Storage Area - Total Footprint Coverage: 2.64 m2 (1.65m×1.6m) Pergola 3 - Side Area - Total footprint: 17.42 m2 ( 6.7m×2.6m) We also require the install of a Premium aluminium-framed composite pedestrian gate installed - Height - 107cm Width - 90cm We are located in the DY4 area of Tipton. We are willing to buy the required material that you recommend for this job so that labour would be the main cost of this project. Install costco A5 SelectLOC laminate flooring into our living room. The room is 3.41 x 3.13m. Need our old one removed and new one fitted. The existing floor that needs removing is also laminate. The skirting board comes off easy.

There is a tear in the existing linoleum/ vinyl flooring in the kitchen. The kitchen floor is roughly 1.4m x 2.5m I'm looking for someone to install the new sheet vinyl I've bought. There is a washing machine in the room that's installed behind some skirting board. When the last guy came, I held up the machine for him briefly while he slid the floor under. The boards underneath the sheet are not perfectly flat thanks to a previous leak that has since been fixed. I will: - Tear up the existing flooring - Move the fridge in advance of you getting here - Hold up the washing machine for you to get the sheet underneath - Remove and then reinstall the kitchen panels that will be in the way I just need someone to cut and install the new sheet. I have some spray adhesive also but obviously happy for you to use something else if you prefer. If any questions please just let me know. Chris
