**Bathroom Repairs & Carpentry – SW18 Wandsworth** Looking for an experienced builder/handyman to complete the following bathroom repairs. Photos attached. **1. Wooden Vanity Cupboard** - Pull cupboard forward, reassemble and refit so all panels and doors align properly. - Fix gaps, loose panels and uneven sections. - Sand down chips, scratches and damaged areas. - Re-stain and polish to match the existing dark wood finish. -Bring cabinet forward with plank we have to make flush and toilet pipe hole. **2. Fluted Wall Panels** - Repair chips, scratches and damaged areas on the fluted panels. - Sand down rough areas where necessary. - Fill chips and repaint to match the existing colour. - Ensure repairs blend in neatly and grooves are maintained. **3. Mirror & Wall Sealing** - Apply suitable sealant around mirror edges and wall joints where required. - Seal visible gaps neatly. **4. Bathtub Sealing** - Remove old or damaged silicone. - Clean and reseal bathtub edges and corners using waterproof, mould-resistant bathroom silicone. - Ensure a neat, watertight finish. **5. Shower Caddies** - Remove existing gold shower caddies. - Install new caddies securely and level. - Fill and waterproof old fixing holes. **6. Door T-Bar** - Supply and fit a T-bar threshold strip between the wooden flooring and carpet. - Cover the existing gap and ensure a neat, secure finish. **7. Materials & Tools** - Builder must bring their own tools and equipment. - Builder responsible for measuring, ordering, purchasing and collecting required materials from shops. - Material costs must be agreed beforehand, with receipts provided. - Protect existing fittings and clean up after completion. **Please provide:** - Labour quote and estimated material costs. - Estimated number of days required. - Earliest availability. Looking for one reliable tradesperson who can complete all jobs to a high standard, with particular attention to alignment, colour matching, waterproofing and make flush.

Details: * Runner supplied by me. * Staircase is a mixture of bare and painted wooden stairs. * Please assess the best method of securely fixing the runner. * Please advise whether stair underlay and gripper rods are required. * Able to bring your own tools and let me know in advance if any additional materials are needed. * Please leave the staircase clean and tidy. Budget: £150 for labour, negotiable for someone experienced with stair runners. Please confirm your experience fitting stair runners and whether your quote includes any small installation materials.
