Two types (6mm and 10mm) of tile backer boards (Google JIT-TBB06-12x6) need to be fitted to a particle subfloor using a cement-based flexible tile adhesive (i.e. NOT solvent-based adhesives). Boards are on site, we need someone to supply the adhesive and fit them bringing all necessary tools (e.g. to cut to size). Work may have to be done on the weekend of 6-7 December.

Hi, I’m moving into a new apartment at the end of January and would like to replace the existing carpet with timber flooring. The property is currently tenanted, so I will need to coordinate a short access inspection through the agent. I’m planning to install hybrid (SPC) flooring in two bedrooms (total ~25 m²) to replace carpet. Could you please quote for: - Supply of a mid‑range hybrid board (similar to Bunnings SPC) - Underlay (if needed) or confirm if the boards have attached backing - Subfloor preparation / levelling (if required) - Removal and disposal of the old carpet - Installation (labour) - Skirting / trims / transition strips Please provide an itemised quote so I can compare with other installers.
