I would like to get the wooden planks from my balcon cleaned. I need the 5 pot of plants and a few other items moved first, fix any loose nails, clean the wood planks and repaint or wood stain / treatment. As I'm on 11th floor, pressure washing is not an option as it will impact my downstairs neighbours. Ideally, I like to get this done before end of year Size is appropriately 61sq ft Material for deck staining etc. will be provided but need advice on what to get.

There are a few damaged/loose sections, an old access section where the pipework is visible underneath, and some fairly large gaps between the boards around the kitchen. At this stage I’m not looking to sand or refinish the whole floor, as I’m planning a larger kitchen/floor renovation in the future. I’d just like to make the existing floor sound and practical to live with for now. For the wider gaps, I’m not looking for resin or sawdust gap filling. I’d much prefer a proper timber repair where possible — for example reclaimed timber strips/fillets, re-laying the affected boards, or replacing/inserting boards where necessary.

I’m looking for an experienced flooring/joinery professional to repair a section of subfloor in a bedroom. The floor was previously repaired, but the contractor used a large board/sheet rather than replacing the original floorboards/planks. The repair is now uneven and the board has started to lift, so the floor is not suitable for carpet to be fitted over it. Job required: * Remove the existing board and inspect the area underneath. * Replace it with suitable floorboards/planks, matching the existing floor where possible. * Ensure the boards are securely fixed and supported. * Make the repaired area completely level and stable. * Leave the floor ready for underlay and carpet installation. I’m looking for someone with experience in subfloor repairs and floorboards who can complete the job to a good professional standard. Please provide an approximate quote and availability. Photos of the area can be provided.

I have a wooden floor that has been damaged by a small leak/spill of Mr Muscle drain unblocker. The affected area has become dull, discoloured and turned slightly white after being wiped with water. I’m looking for someone experienced with wooden floor repairs to assess the damage and restore the affected area if possible. This may involve treating the wood, repairing the finish, colour matching, sanding/spot repair, or refinishing the affected section.
