We’re looking for an experienced metal fabricator to design, fabricate, and install custom boxing ring stairs for our gym. This is a mono stringer steel stair with a clean, minimal finish, designed specifically for a boxing ring. Project Details: • Boxing ring height: approx. 800mm • Ring size: 6m x 6m • Number of steps: 4 • Step rise: approx. 200 - 210mm each • Step tread (depth): 300mm • Step width: 1200mm • Top step: must be flush with the ring canvas • Position: centred on the ring Finish: • Steel mono stringer • Timber tread finish • Black painted steel (matte preferred) Include: Delivery and Install Please check provided images and render for reference. Important Notes • The rendered image is slightly off - the final design must have the top step perfectly flush with the ring canvas. • We require the fabricator to attend site, inspect the ring in person, and confirm exact measurements prior to fabrication to ensure a precise fit.

Seal holes in roof, flatten off all holes in wall. Likely putty, gyprock and or cement. All walls sanded and smooth so it is all ready to paint as a final room. We are converting old laundry into a cardio / gym room. Also gyprock a small hole in another wall from a door handle going into it. - quote must include all materials needed - removing Timbers from access holes in ceiling and cleaning up ceiling areas - installing support Timbers within ceiling cavity (only if needed) - measuring and cutting gyprock panels to cover open spaces in ceiling - plaster setting new gyprock joins - once dry, sanding area for a smooth finish ready for paint - scraping and cleaning of walls - patching all holes and damaged areas on walls - once dry, sanding areas for a smooth finish ready for painting - final clean up of room on completion
