Hey, I know this isn't something I can learn in an hour. I just want to know how I can invest my money. I have CAD files of an extension I am planning on a build to an existing house. I drew them and can adjust them. 2 x double garages with lofts over the top, using pre engineered portal frame kits for the top levels. Need compliant engineering for the left slab and footings and bottom level using steel beams. Also engineering for the right hand bottom level to place the portal frames on top of. I have the engineering for the portal frames. Would be great to find someone we can work with on projects in the future
