I’m looking for a registered electrician or suitably experienced electrical tradesperson to replace an existing ceiling-mounted bathroom extractor fan in the en-suite of my rental flat in central Richmond. The existing fan is an older Wilts plus unit. I have already purchased the replacement fan: Manrose MG100T 100mm / 4” timer fan. Scope of work: * remove existing extractor fan * install supplied Manrose MG100T * connect to existing timer fan wiring * test operation and timer overrun * secure neatly to the ceiling * carry out minor making good around the fan if needed due to differences in fixings or footprint Notes: * existing fan is ceiling-mounted in the en-suite, just outside the shower enclosure * this is a replacement job, not a new installation * existing wiring is already in place * photos of the current fan and bathroom layout are supplied

Everythink will arrive Sunday morning.. I just don't have the tools. it is already an FD30 door.. bottom hinge needs a pack as to much space between door and frame where lock is. Intumescents to be added to door frame all round . bottom of door to have smoke and fire brush.. and the door closer need to be add to auto close the door. success will be that the door closes by itself.. I can help you might need an intumescent router. I just have long term internal injury so I get in pain quickly when working with weight. I'm in Croydon Sydenham road and have off street parking.. . thanks Mike

Floors & Upholstery: Vacuum upholstery; vacuum & mop hard floors. 3) Bathroom Bathtub & Shower: Clean bath (descale); wash shower cabinet/screen (inside/out, descale). Toilet & Sink: Disinfect toilet (inside/out); wash sink & shine taps (descale). Surfaces & Storage: Wash tiles (remove mould); wipe cupboards & shelving; polish stainless steel.
