Rooms as follows (see attached images) - Entrance (inc inside of front door, 2 doors, 1 cupboard, 1 window) - Main stairway and landings including balustrades - Master bedroom (inc stairway to room, 2 doors, 2 windows) - Walk in robe (inc 1 small window frame, and doorless frame) - Bedroom 1 ds (2 windows frames, 1 door) - Bedroom 2 us (1 window frame, 1 door, 1 BIR) - Bedroom 3 us (1 window frame, 1 door, 1 BIR) - Living (1 BIR, 1 sliding door/window frame, 1 door to bathroom, stairs to dining, remove wallpaper feature wall) - Dining (2 Window frame, 1 sliding door frame, remove texture paint feature wall) NOT INCLUDED = Ensuite, Kitchen, Laundry, Main Bathroom, Deck, Garage NO EXTERIOR REQUIRED We will provide all primer and paint (of all types - ceiling, walls, gloss etc). Photos show dining room (texture wall) and living (wallpaper wall), stairs and balustrades from entrance up to master bedroom. More photos can be provided on request.

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable painting team to complete a full interior repaint of our small 3-bedroom home that we move into next week. We’ve just purchased the property and settlement is on Monday, so we need painting to begin Tuesday, 21st October and be completed as soon as possible so new carpets can be laid straight after. About the job: 2/3 coats as needed • Small 3-bedroom home • Paint all indoor fixtures, including wardrobe doors, cabinetry, trims, and woodwork — everything inside. Woodwork all painted, not stained. • Includes wooden windows and doorways (both interior and exterior sides of windows to ensure they match) • Minimal furniture (just beds, couch etc.) – easy access throughout • All other belongings are in storage • Carpets will be replaced after painting • Some areas will need patching, plastering, sanding, and removal of any cracks in preparation for paint See images for floor plan and interior photos for quoting. Paint to be supplied by you (the painters). We have three metal poles in our house which need to be repainted. Two are outside and one is inside. They are currently painted but the paint is chipped.
