I would love help painting 2 exterior coats of our cubby house. Inside and outside - both sides of the panels. I am in the process of painting 2 coats of primer (Dulux 1 Step Prep). I need help with the exterior-grade paint. I will supply paint and we have basic painting equipment (paint, 1x brush, 1x roller). I plan to be done with the primer coats by EOD Wednesday. Ideally the exterior grade paint can be started on Thursday/Friday. Estimating about 2-3 hours of work aross 2 days to allow for drying in between coat application. Cubby is not assembled yet. Panels and wooden pieces to paint are currently positioned in our open garage. Please see photo reference. We can move our cars out of the garage to give you shade when painting if needed.

I need the exterior of my 3 bedroom house prepared for painting. House is Brick but with wood trim. Gutters will need to be wiped down with a sugar soap or something similar to prep for painting. Wood will have to be patched and sanded and cleaned where needed in order to be ready for painting. Some wood rot will need to be repaired and some wood trim near the tiles may have to be removed. Areas to prepared for paint are House, Carport and back Veranda. This includes Gutters & Fascia’s.

One large french window/doors must be sanded well, primed properly and painted INSIDE AND OUT. Also one large bay window also to be sanded, primed and painted but OUTSIDE ONLY. Looking for a fussy painter experienced with french windows who will leave a perfect finished job without paint all over the windows and tiles. All the paint and primer will be supplied to match other windows, quote is for labour only. Paint supplied is quality Dulux Aquanamel in white. See photos, french doors/windows are 3500 wide and 2040 high. Bay window is 2800 wide and 2040 high. All hardware will be removed for ease of painting. Hello, We are looking for an experienced renderer, plasterer, or a skilled handyman to repair some minor damage on the exterior wall of our retail store, in Stockland Wetherill Park. The Issue: Our shopfront has a textured "bag render" finish. There are a few small holes and chips in the wall surface that need to be professionally repaired to restore the clean appearance of our storefront. The Job: The task is to patch the holes and replicate the existing textured finish before painting. The scope of work includes: 1. Preparing the damaged areas on the wall. 2. Filling the holes with an appropriate render or patching compound. 3. Skillfully recreating the "bag render" texture to seamlessly match the surrounding wall surface. 4. Once dry, priming and painting the repaired patches to match the existing wall colour. Paint & Finish Specification: - Finish Type: Bag Render - Paint Brand: Dulux - Paint Colour: Berkshire White 73712 Requirements: - MUST have proven experience with render repair and texture matching. This is the most critical part of the job. - You must supply all necessary tools and materials, including render/filler, and a small quantity of the specified Dulux paint. - Must work cleanly and professionally in a busy shopping centre environment. - Public liability insurance is required.
