Requiring a small team to perform maintenance and clean of commercial shop in Williamstown 3016. End of lease. Remove exterior, interior and window signage, interior mirrors and framing on wall where service counter used to be (discard). Patch walls where racks were installed, sand and paint white (note not all walls require full painting, just patch areas requiring repair). Paint pink walls in 2 changing rooms and behind previous service counter white. Removal of all rubbish. Final clean of bathroom and all floors (vacuum and mop of polished concrete). Note there are two stickers on the floor requiring removal also). Window cleaning inside and out. The area is approximately 150sqm and the front of the store is all windows. Job needs to be done in one day on 08Jan. Cash offered on job completion following inspection. Can have someone on site 07Jan during 12-1pm if you wish to inspect site prior.
