Hi everyone, I’m organising a charity event at Porchester Hall, Bayswater (W2), London on 7th April. The event is raising money to support people affected by domestic abuse, rape, and the war in Sudan, and all funds raised will go directly to help those in need. I’m looking to hire for 3–5pm (children’s time): ✨ A clown / children’s entertainer 🍿 A popcorn machine (operator not required — volunteers will help) 🍭 A candy floss machine (optional — operator not required) 🏰 A bouncy castle (setup by the provider if possible) I don’t need full‑day hire — just a few hours in the afternoon when families/children are present (approx 3–5pm). Please provide your availability and pricing options for: • 3 hours hire • 4 hours (or longer) hire Volunteers will be available to help with the machines (so setup/operation is mostly covered), but provider help setting up the bouncy castle would be appreciated. This is for professional use across our website and LinkedIn, so I need someone confident with both filming and clean, modern editing. Video 1 – Van Wrap (Before & After) Filming the van being wrapped, including preparation, close-ups, detailing, and the final reveal. I want strong transition shots from plain van to fully wrapped, with a polished final result. Video 2 – Staged Reveal at the Market Creative concept: the van appears behind its original paper design, then transitions into the real, fully wrapped van.
