Responsibilities: • Edit raw footage into a polished 8–15 minute video. • Sound design (mixing audio, adding background music, and SFX). • Colour grading to ensure a professional look. • Creating short-form "hooks" or "reels" from the main video for social media. • Basic motion graphics or subtitles for key points. Requirements: • Proven experience editing for YouTube (please provide links to your portfolio or specific videos you’ve edited). • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. • Strong communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback. Budget & Timeline: • Frequency: 1 video per week (ongoing). • Budget: $100-300 per video depending on experience. What software do you use to edit? I use FCP and would ultimately like to do a slightly collaborative set up where I send through a rough cut of clips, and you refine pacing, flow, hook, colouring etc. if you use adobe id be happy to learn but just as long as you’re open to that setup.
