We’re looking for a reliable and friendly person to help us with our child’s birthday party in Regent’s Park. What you’ll be helping with: * Carry party supplies from our flat to Regent’s Park (tables, decorations, food, drinks, etc. – nothing particularly heavy) * Help set everything up before guests arrive * During the party, assist with small tasks such as fetching items, topping up supplies, and helping serve food/drinks to grandparents who have limited mobility * Help tidy throughout the event as needed * Pack everything away after the party and carry items back to the flat * Collect and dispose of rubbish at the end We’ll be working alongside you throughout the day—we’re simply looking for an extra pair of hands to make everything run smoothly. Details: * 📍 Location: Regent’s Park, London * 🕦 Arrival: 11:30 AM * 🕡 Finish: 6:30 PM * Most of the work will be before the party (setup) and after the party (pack down), with lighter assistance during the event. What to wear: Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for walking and carrying supplies, while still being appropriate for a children’s birthday party. Budget: £100

I am hosting a birthday party on 8th August and need two reliable people from 5.30pm for around six hours. The evening includes garden drinks and a sit‑down meal for 25 guests (starter served at the table, main and dessert from a buffet). I am looking for people who can: Top up drinks throughout the evening, set up the buffet from the fridge, Serve the starter to the table, Manage plate changes between courses, Restock drinks and buffet dishes, Help with washing up.
