Wedding Venue Setup – Simple Decoration Job I’m looking for someone to help with a very simple wedding venue setup, which needs to be completed by 11:00am at the latest on the day. There will be approximately 40 chairs. The setup involves: - Place one bag of confetti on each chair. - Place one small vase by each chair leg along the aisle, with one single flower in each vase. - Place a larger vase on the bride and groom table and put the supplied bouquet of flowers inside. - Attach lace string along the chairs — one string running down the left side and one down the right side. The ring will be passed through the string from the back to the bride and groom. - Place the guest book by the entrance/door. All decorations and materials will be provided. This is a straightforward setup and should not take very long. Upwards of 45 mins Must be completed by 11:00am latest. Please let me know your availability and your price.

We are having a 40th birthday party with about 70 people attending at our home in Harpenden. We will cook the food and provide drinks ourselves. However, we would like somebody on the night to (most importantly) top up drinks, clean away paper plates, empty glasses, restock glasses and generally help out. The party is at 7pm. An amazing 8 days at LeMans - looking for two people to help with tents food packing unpacking bar for 20-30 people - we have done this for years but now we would like a bit of help - cooking simple food / cleaning and shopping etc help load up the van and unload it etc pack the van on the Sunday - travel out Tuesday- unpack setup - get the bar locally set up get food - prepare 3 meals a day and clean up - all other time is yours to enjoy the race / circuit - keep the food topped up and the beer flowing - pack up Monday and return - unload van following sunday - we have done it for years but would now like some help - great opportunity for 3 people
