Job Title: Technical Setup for a home office where I can easily create youtube video's. Requirements : - Optimise recording setup using the equipment I have (Sony ZV-E10 camera & HyperX quadcast mic & a light). Ensure video and audio is perfectly synced. - Optimise recording workflow using Riverside.fm Podcast software. I'd like to be able to easily start/stop recording with the click of a button, start editing, and then also save local backups of the final video's. - Optimise positioning of equipment for best recording. I've got things setup roughly where I think is best, but would like further advice and guidance on it. - Introduce clean cable management. - Bring any extra cable and equipment needed to optimise the setup. (I don't have a 'capture card' which AI is suggesting that I may need) - Perform multiple test recordings on-site to verify that audio and video remain in sync and the PC handles the processing without lag. - Tutorial: Provide a 15-minute training on the "start-up" and "shut-down" sequence to ensure I can do it myself next time.

Access to: a quiet recording environment, reliable WiFi connection, a smartphone valued at approximately USD $100 or above. We are looking for a Wedding Day Coordinator and a second helper to oversee and manage the smooth running of our wedding on 20 June 2026, including support during a light setup window on Friday 19 June (5–9pm). This is a request for the Wedding Day Coordinator who would manage the helper. The role involves acting as the main point of contact on the day, coordinating suppliers (including the mobile bar, pizza food truck, and music), managing the event timeline, and ensuring all key moments run seamlessly—from guest arrivals and ceremony coordination through to speeches, food service, and evening activities. The food offering will be a relaxed food truck setup (pizza served as a rolling buffet). You will guide guests and support the flow of the day, working alongside friends who will handle some of the MCing and announcements. You will also oversee important logistics such as ceremony music, entrances, microphone handovers, and transitions throughout the day. In addition, you will monitor food and drink flow, ensuring items not covered by suppliers (such as water glassware, tea/coffee stations, and additional plates/utensils) are managed and replenished, while keeping service areas organised. In the evening, you will coordinate bar closing, music cut-off, and ensure venue requirements are met before supporting a smooth close-down. You will be supported with a detailed run sheet and schedule, pre-arranged helpers for setup and transitions, and a clear supplier plan and responsibilities.
