My elderly father has a PC and a Samsung Galaxy. Mostly, he requires regular (quarterly) viral scanning, desktop clean up, clearing of cookies, software updates, and a general reset. His email account has been hacked recently (we addressed that) and his Galaxy was completely taken over by Malware requiring a reset to factory settings and a rebuilding of the phone inclusive of re-uploading apps, etc. The job is simple but requires enormous patience with someone in their 90s, trustworthiness, and an understanding of what his needs are (mostly email, WhatsApp) inclusive of what it’s like to navigate digital technologies as an elderly person.

I look after a wordpress site but have encounterd an issue which is beyond my expertise. Got an email to say the site pw had been changed but then was unable to request a reset. I have access to the hosting package and FTP, though seem unable to get into the PHPMyAdmin via the hosting account. The site is now showing a critical error - I tried to edit the functions.php with a hack to get back into the site (Chat GTP, don't judge) but this has broken the site completely. Would like a fix before my client sees it (small tiling business so could be a while before he spots it)

Hi, I need help to finish my shopify website (https://www.attiquehome.com). Its looking pretty good I just need the functionality to be smooth so I can launch it. I will need you to: • Set up an integration that automatically adds all of my Etsy product listings to my Shopify website's Shop page, both now and whenever new products are listed on Etsy in future. • Ensure the ‘About’ page has one image, one paragraph of text, and a "Shop the Collection" button at the bottom. • Ensure the ‘Sold Archive’ page shows all sold items.
