I'm am starting a window cleaning business in Brisbane/Logan/Redland Citu/Gold Coast area. I have partially built the website but require someone to finish off and tidy everything up. I have google business setup so I also require everything to be optimised for regarding that. I'm honestly a grunt so working is what I'm good at but everything related to websites, marketing, making the website mobile friendly, getting online leads pretty much everything behind the scenes is beyond me. Earlier this year, we engaged a developer to build a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) and employee document management system. It began as a 30-day WordPress project, but the developer later switched to Ruby, saying WordPress wasn’t suitable. Six months on, only two forms (SWMS & JSA) were partially built with repeated errors, delays, and an unstable database hosted on a free service. Due to health reasons, he has now stopped, leaving us with no working code or proper handover. We need a reliable, capable developer to take over (or start fresh) and deliver this project correctly. We can provide GitLab access from the Ruby work if useful. For transparency, we previously had an unreliable Upwork developer, so we stress the need for someone trustworthy, skilled, and professional. What We Need: A secure digital WHS document management system Online fillable forms that generate PDFs, email to Gmail, and save to Google Drive Digital signature capability GPS capture at signing + staff photo option Editable/reusable forms within the platform Role-based multi-user access control Centralised library & MSDS repository Forms: 17 critical (SWMS, JSA, pre-starts, etc.) + 13 secondary. All exist in Word (2 in Excel). Requirements (non-negotiable): Proven full stack experience (form automation, digital signatures, PDF gen) Fluent English (written & verbal) Ability to recommend and deliver on the best platform (WordPress or otherwise) Reliable, secure delivery by end of 2025 Next Steps: Confirm your experience with similar projects (examples preferred) State whether WordPress is suitable — if not, recommend an alternative and why Confirm your quoted price is firm and covers the full scope (no upselling later) This project is key to our compliance. Set up Twilio for SMS reminders for events. I need an experienced digital marketer who knows how to set up Twilio for; (1) reminder texts (reminding people about our next event) (2) thanking people who registered to attend with the link to the live event (3) reminders of the event in 24 hours (4) reminder of the event in 2 hours. I volunteer for Womens Wellbeing Association, they are a non-profit organisation that is dedicated to connecting women and supporting women with personal development. The area I volunteer with is the monthly online women's circles (the promotion of them, the growth of them and co-facilitating them). Joining the monthly womens circle is FREE for women to join (see? we're not for profit). The organisation is antiquated, the only way they promote their online women's circles is by a monthly email newsletter. Everything is done by volunteers (which is why everything happens slowly). The system: 1. The monthly events are listed on FaceBook. People are invited and people register their interest/going. 2. People register to attend a monthly online circle. I need some advice how the FaceBook people can be captured and also receive text messages... and automation needs to be set up for the SMS sequence ()we've purchased a Twilio subscription). If you have other suggestions I'd like to hear them. I will find out for you: 1. the website platform (e.g. wordpress) 2. lead capture process (if they use a CRM) 3. if they already use an API e.g. Zapier for the SMS system (Twilio) to plug-in. CAN YOU WRITE THE EXACT LIST OF TECHNICAL QUESTIONS YOU HAVE in your message to me? I DO NOT WANT A COMPLICATED SYSTEM. Again, this is a not-for-profit national organisation run by volunteers. the monthly online womens circle needs to grow enough (with 15 people attending) to become TWICE a month (that's the goal).
