Ducted aircon at the property requires re-gassing. Electrician attended this site and located a gas leak. A nitrogen test confirmed the issue may be due to a poor connection in the ceiling. No cooling through most of the property. Additionally, the faulty zone controller means all zones are currently closed so even if the system is re-gassed, no air can flow through the ducts

I need a 65-inch TV wall-mounted. Currently, the power point is on the right-hand side of the wall, so there are several cables running across to it. I’d like a new power point installed directly behind the TV, and possibly another one behind the TV unit. I don’t want to see any visible cables or a cable channel running down the wall — I’d like all power and HDMI cables to be hidden behind the wall. On the TV unit, I have a few devices (e.g. Xbox), so ideally the HDMI cables will feed through the wall and connect directly to the TV from behind. The main goals are to tidy up the setup and make the area baby-safe by eliminating any exposed cords. This is a job for a qualified electrician as you are installing new power points.
