I am seeking replacement of a tile following minor fire damage. This has affected a single tile (Karndean Korlok Texas White Ash RKP8105). I already have two spare tiles available. The work would involve: - Removal of the damaged tile - Preparation of the subfloor, if required - Installation of the replacement tile I can provide photos and measurements if needed. I am looking for a solution that avoids lifting multiple adjacent planks (as the area is furnished), and instead involves a localised cut-and-replace of the single tile, if feasible. Could you let me know if you are familiar with this type of flooring (Karndean Korlok rigid core LVT – click-lock system, where planks interlock rather than being glued), and whether you would need any further information at this stage.

I am looking for a qualified roofer/tradesperson to complete a fibreglass (GRP) overlay on a small enclosed balcony (6m²). I will have already handled the heavy cleaning and will handle the final site clearance/waste removal. I need a professional for the technical installation to ensure it is 100% watertight. Your Scope of Work: Technical Prep: Sanding/buffing the entire floor area to create a mechanical key and removing any remaining loose or flakey substrate. GRP Application: Laying reinforcement mesh, applying resin (ensuring it is carried up the upstands for a seamless seal), and finishing with a UV-resistant topcoat. Detailing: Inspecting/repairing lead flashings at the wall junctions and applying high-grade sealants where necessary. Materials: Quote should include all materials (Resin, Mesh, Catalyst, Topcoat, and Sealants). Requirements: Warranty: I require a 2-year workmanship guarantee in writing upon completion. Experience: Please provide examples or photos of previous GRP/Fibreglass roofing work. Communication: I am looking for someone reliable who can confirm a start date and stick to it. My Contribution (to save time/cost): Area will be fully cleared of all furniture and debris. Pre-washed and swept clean before you arrive.
