This is an Inspection clean for a 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom house. But only the common space needs to be deep cleaned. -Kitchen deep clean including cooktop, stove, griller, range hood, benches and surfaces -Bathrooms, toilets and laundry deep cleaned (tiles, grout, shower, vanity,etc.) -Common space carpet steam cleaned -All skirting surface - One ceiling fan in the kitchen to be dusted (so you might need ladder) -Pressure wash driveway -Backyard common space blow and mop (not garden) -Dusting of all surfaces in common space -Dusting of one window, front of house, just from outside -kitchen common areas cupboards general tidying -Remove any mould and cobwebs from walls and ceilings -Light fittings, power points and light switches cleaned The job will take about 3-4 hours at max for the right person or group of persons Mention your budget so that you could tick off all of the above mentioned task accurately and neatly.
