I’m looking for someone experienced with portable air conditioner repairs who can provide guidance remotely (messages, photos, or a quick call) rather than coming out to repair the unit. I have a Sealey SAC9002 portable air conditioner. The lower blower/fan wheel cracked and I’ve already sourced a brand-new replacement part. I’ve stripped the unit down and removed the outer casing, but I’m stuck on how to access and remove the old fan wheel. I’ve removed all visible screws securing the upper housing section, however it appears trapped by the copper refrigerant lines running up the side of the unit. I can’t see a way to remove the housing without disconnecting or bending the refrigerant tubing, which doesn’t seem right and isn’t something I’m willing to do. What I need is someone familiar with portable AC units who can look at photos/video and explain the correct disassembly procedure. Specifically: * How is the lower fan wheel normally removed on these units? * Does the fan housing come out as a complete assembly? * Does the motor need to be removed first? * Is there an access route or retaining screw/clip I’m overlooking? I’m not looking for a full repair service - just expert guidance so I can complete the replacement myself.

Hi! I have a radiator cover that we tried to attach to our wall. We tried and failed - I think it needs a drill or different type of wall attachment to secure the screws. The scope of this task is finding a way to install it to the wall with screws, with it being well-balanced and secure. You’ll need to bring your own tools (e.g. drill and different types of fixtures). Needs to be done TODAY in Soho (W1F) before 6pm. Shouldn’t be a long job. Thanks!
