I’m looking for an experienced Microsoft Excel or Power BI expert to help fix and improve an existing project tracking report — or build a new, more effective solution from scratch. Background: I manage a list of orders that are allocated to different Project Managers. The data is exported from ServiceNow. I currently have an Excel report, but it needs improvement (open to rebuilding in Excel or moving to Power BI if better). What I need: Track key milestones for each order Monitor status and progress Automatically update using exported ServiceNow data Provide visibility of workload per Project Manager Help identify PM capacity so the Queue Manager can allocate new orders efficiently Dashboard-style summary with clear visuals (charts, KPIs, workload distribution) Deliverables: Clean, user-friendly reporting dashboard Clear structure and formulas (no overly complex black-box logic) Ability to refresh/update with new ServiceNow export Documentation or brief walkthrough on how it works Ideal Skills: Strong Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, formulas, dashboards) OR Power BI (data modelling, DAX, interactive dashboards) Experience working with ServiceNow exports (preferred) Ability to suggest improvements, not just follow instructions

I need help completing a small Excel task involving basic inventory and food safety records. The work is not very long and consists of filling simple tables with realistic data. The tables include: • Goods Receivable Log: Enter dates, suppliers, food types, temperatures for high-risk foods, use-by or best-before dates, accept or reject decisions, initials, and any problems or corrective actions. • Temperature Control Record: Record temperatures of fridges or storage areas with dates and times. • Cleaning Schedule: Create a basic schedule showing what equipment or areas are cleaned, how often, and by whom. • Food Wastage Log: Record food items that were discarded, quantities, dates, and reasons for disposal. • Equipment Calibration Log: Record dates when equipment (like thermometers or scales) was checked or calibrated and the results. I will provide the templates and instructions. I just need the tables filled correctly with realistic information. It should not take very long for someone comfortable with Excel.

I have a small charter boat operation. Owner / Operator I have calculated on an excel spreadsheet the net profit for 4 months 01 July 2025 to 31 October 2025 It’s very simple, basically all income from clients such as Bedarra Island & Visitor Centre plus cc payments from Square. Expenses are only fuel and maintenance/ service of outboard engine ect. The figures and bank statements will be provided and the excel spreadsheet listing all income & expenses. So just need to be checked and a letter provided to show the profit in that timeframe and stating that this is my primary source of income. The letter needs to be by a qualified accountant on a Professional accounting business letterhead. That’s it.
