Summary Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to convert and format multiple PDF files into editable Microsoft Word documents. The final documents must be accurate, well-formatted, and properly structured according to the original layout. I am trying to create a simple power automate task where there is a folder on sharepoint. In the folder are word files, excel files, visio files and onenote folders. Each time a file in that folder is created or modified i want it to create a readable pdf in another sharepoint folder with the same name, but a pdf extention. I want it to write over the previous pdf. I have set up a list for reporting. I have a business onedrive and 356 subscription. I set up two flows (one for word and one for visio) but my parameters are not correct. I am fine with one flow, its just I thought that visio maybe creating problems so tried for just word. I think I am having a problem with the file identifiers, but its my first time using power automate.
