Looking to get in pc gaming. I want someone to teach how to build gaming pc and fit parts so I know myself in future when I want to upgrade

I’m looking to get into PC gaming and have already purchased the parts for my gaming PC. I’m looking for someone who can teach me in person how to assemble and disassemble the PC, explaining where each component goes. I want to learn so I can confidently upgrade parts or fix issues myself in the future. Once assembled, I’d also like you to install everything needed and test the PC to make sure it’s fully working and ready to play Steam games. Ideally, I’d like this to be done in person. I’m happy to drive to you if you’re within a reasonable distance. Thank you

My PC keeps randomly restarting and I cannot figure out why. I replaced the PSU which fixed a similar issue a year ago. I don't know what's causing it this time.

My Computer must have a virus or something similar. As things keep crashing and breaking, everything seems slow and nothing works. I've tried loads of different antivirus' and none of them detect it. I need this sorted out. I would also like my computer optimised and cleaned of files.
