We have just moved house and are having issues with our internet, TV, Foxtel set up. It is sporadically dropping out, freezing, looping on the same section, sound disappearing and taking ages to change channel. At first NBN wasn’t working but that has been attended to now.

Security system has worked well for years until new router installed. Disconnect was caused by incompatibility of old system with new 5G router. Router has now been adjusted to provide 5 and 2.4 bandwidth options so reconnecting to internet should be able to be performed.

I’m having a bit of trouble with my DMSS app, and it’s not showing live views. I’m using the Dahua camera system (8 cameras linked to an NVR). Everything else is working smoothly—the NVR and cameras are fine, and my internet connection is good (500mbps/50mbps). My internet supplier has disabled CGNAT and I am using dynamic IP address. The P2P status shows ‘Online’, and P2P is using a sub stream. However, the live views on the DMSS app on my iPhone aren’t loading correctly. Sometimes it works (usually after I reboot the NVR), but the next day, it won’t load live views again. May be 1-2 cameras loaded up, but the rest usually failed.

I have an Aussie Broadband home (HFC) internet with a TP-Link WiFi-7 router. I have used a few switches some with POE. Main router covering the entire house is Ubiquity 6LR. I have chosen a name for its SSID. I want someone to go through all appliances and make sure that they are on the same network. Eg Tesla gateway, Air conditioners, TV, AVR, Security network, Fronius Inverters, Anything that comes with a wifi. (90% of them are already connected to the desired SSID) I want someone to teach me how to manage my home network (both wired and wireless). I want the TP link router to broadcast its internet via the same SSID as the Ubiquity LR6. route to broadcast an SSID with its name. I am going to change the internet provider. Photos and amendment to the task list by tomorrow after I try to connect everything to one SSID myself. In person only. Explain features of Tesla App, Sigen App (charger), help decide some settings
