Looking for a Joiner’s labourer to support in the installation of bathroom joinery systems such as Toilet Partitions, Lockers, and urinal panels in commercial building sites. Experience with carpentry or joinery would be ideal. White card is essential. Looking for someone to assist Tuesday 10th to Friday 13th March for now. I’m looking for a licensed plumber/gas fitter to complete the following work for an outdoor kitchen setup. Scope of work: Water & Sink Installation • Install and fit-off customer-supplied top-mount sink and mixer tap • Connect to existing hot and cold water points • Apply waterproof silicone seal between sink and benchtop Drainage Extension • Trench along the side of the house (gravel pathway) to achieve proper fall • Supply and install 50mm PVC DWV pipe from sink waste through external wall • Connect new pipe to existing gully trap or suitable discharge point • Backfill trench and reinstate gravel area Gas Installation (LPG) • Supply and install 250 MJ LPG regulator with flexible pigtail and test point • Run new copper gas line from external cylinder location through cabinet • Install inline gas test point and isolation valve for cooktop • Convert cooktop from Natural Gas to LPG • Connect appliance and complete pressure and leak testing Compliance • Provide Gas/Plumbing Compliance Certificate if required. I will provide gas cooktop , tap and sink

I am looking for a licensed professional to come out and provide a quote to Remove our old failing timber sleeper retaining wall, and supply and install a new concrete sleeper one: * It sits next to side fence, running about 24m, at depths of 300mm to 600mm. * Heavy duty steel H bar posts (galvanised OK, prefer Stainless Steel if not too much more expensive), prefer to set deeper given the extra drop down next door. * Ag line system & geo-tec fabric covered with blue metal. * During installation I would like to run pool PVC piping (already acquired, and I will plumb) behind the sleepers before filling in. * Optional extra cost for better drainage flow through front yard. Notes: * Installer to provide the bars, sleepers, ag line, fabric, blue metal & tools (everything). * Must be a legitimate company with warranty on your work. * We have a side gate, and a reserve behind the property. * Style of concrete sleeper is not important.
