Hi everyone, the cleaner needs a cleaner lol We are looking to have these cleaned if possible: 2x bathrooms cleaned please and 1x powder room 1x kitchen cleaned (sink, bench, floors (no oven required) 2x living rooms dusted, vacuumed and mopped. We try keep the house tidy however we all work full time and I’ve noticed there’s dust built up on the tables etc. floors are pretty clean but a good vacuum and mop would be nice. No bedrooms required, just 1 ensuite, 1 powder room and bathroom upstairs, kitchen, 2x living rooms and floors if possible. We have gloves and professional cleaning supplies/equipment if you’d like to use ours or feel free to use your own. Please provide your hourly or packaged rate. This should take an experienced cleaner(s) 1.5-2 hours if a team of two. This usually takes me about 1-2 hours to do it alone, but life gets in the way sometimes and I would like to treat my in laws/have a “break”. We live in Bentleigh east, parking provided and potentially ongoing if you’re interested. Unfortunately We are only available on Wednesday 21st anytime before 17:30 as we have a clean to attend. 12x internal windows and 4x external (sliding door panels) 1x rooftop terrace 1x small balcony 1m x 5m - Remove cobwebs - Wipe surfaces including sliding door tracks - Clean glass and window sills These are the last tasks for my end of lease cleaning to be completed that I don’t have time or the drive to do myself. Not expecting a deep clean, but most of the plants and furniture will be removed (and rubbish) a couple of pot plants were broken recently so a good sweep will be necessary. Hose and heavy duty broom available to use. Location is amounts Bay road and parking is provided with direct lift access up to apartment floor.

I need a cleaner that is reliable, passionate and very thorough. I have a small amount of carpet upstairs in rooms (one bedroom and one office) and walk way, I also have light floor boards downstairs and stairway, and for the first clean I’d like these floorboards scrubbed to bring them back to life.
