This is an Inspection clean for a 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom house. But only the common space needs to be deep cleaned. -Kitchen deep clean including cooktop, stove, griller, range hood, benches and surfaces -Bathrooms, toilets and laundry deep cleaned (tiles, grout, shower, vanity,etc.) -Common space carpet steam cleaned -All skirting surface - One ceiling fan in the kitchen to be dusted (so you might need ladder) -Pressure wash driveway -Backyard common space blow and mop (not garden) -Dusting of all surfaces in common space -Dusting of one window, front of house, just from outside -kitchen common areas cupboards general tidying -Remove any mould and cobwebs from walls and ceilings -Light fittings, power points and light switches cleaned The job will take about 3-4 hours at max for the right person or group of persons Mention your budget so that you could tick off all of the above mentioned task accurately and neatly. We have a house inspection coming up on Thursday the 28th of March and are looking for someone to help with some of the cleaning. Looking for a cleaner with attention to detail. Kitchen, stove, cupboards, fridge, benches Bathrooms x2 (2 toilets, 1 is separate) 4 bedrooms (only 3 are used) Living room Dining room All the standard things plus finer details like pictures dusted, fridge wiped over inside and out only as needed, window sills, couch vacuumed/spot cleaned, washing machined wiped over as required. Walls spot cleaned as required. Bed sheets swapped over. Take rubbish bins out if required. Bedroom dressers wiped over etc etc. Option is there to do also back patio if you don't mind dogs. I like to be out of the house when a clean is happening to be out of the way, but I will introduce you to my dogs if you think you might go outside. Ability to use my products or byo. Happy for you to buy what you need to keep them here, and invoice me for them. I'd love someone to come regularly, who can get to know our home and take initiative to do what would be required. Happy for someone to supply reed diffusers and add them to the invoice if they want to. Just want the house to be clean and smell fresh. Please only apply if you have the ability to be a regular cleaner for my home. Every 2 or 3 weeks. Happy for 3 hours, 2 hours, 1 hour.. whatever my home needs on that particular visit. You will be tipped and recieve gifts. Hubby spends alot of time in the garage where he has a TV and couch, if this also can be taken care of. 2 x adults, 1 x 13yo.
