Need a strata lawyer to help review lot entitlement dispute and claim compensation. There is current remedial works to redo balconies. My balcony rebuilt area seems smaller than others and has been confirmed by picture measurements of the builder showing the before and after that they have maintained the size in the rebuild. However, according to the original blueprint of the building, it states the overall build up area is the same as units above me who also have the same lot entitlement. I need help with either getting compensation for over paying or to claim compensation to rectify the balcony that has been originally built incorrectly since the start. The building was built in 1962.
