Need a handyman/joiner to repair and reattach an integrated dishwasher cabinet door. The kitchen cupboard door/front panel has come loose from the dishwasher and the wood around one of the fixing screws has collapsed/stripped, so the door no longer attaches properly. Tasks likely include: * Removing damaged fixings/screws * Repairing or reinforcing the damaged MDF/wood * Reattaching and aligning the integrated dishwasher door securely * Potentially replacing screws/brackets if needed The dishwasher itself still works — issue is mainly with the integrated outer door/panel attachment. Please bring tools and any common fixings/materials you think may help (wood filler, brackets, longer screws, etc). Photos attached.

Need help repairing and partially replacing timber skirting boards/baseboards in one room of a flat. The room already has existing skirting on most walls, but some sections are damaged, loose, poorly joined or need replacing. This is mainly a repair/refit job rather than a full new installation. Scope of work: * Re-fix loose existing skirting boards to walls * Remove and replace damaged sections with matching timber skirting * Cut and fit around corners and an angled wall section * Repair dents/chips/joints with wood filler * Fill and smooth gaps between skirting and wall using decorators caulk * Sand repaired areas smooth * Leave ready for painting Important details: * Existing skirting is traditional painted softwood/pine ogee/torus style * Approx skirting height: 120mm * Only 1 room * Most existing boards are staying * One awkward angled section near doorway * One step/transition detail may need remaking for cleaner finish Tasker to supply: * All tools and equipment * Adhesive * Wood filler * Decorators caulk Looking for someone with experience fitting skirting in older flats with uneven walls. Main priority is a clean, neat finish with tidy joins and caulk lines. Please quote including labour + materials and estimated duration.

It arrived built and we cannot get it up our stairs because there's an angle. We would like someone who knows what they're doing to carefully disassemble it so we can get it upstairs and put it back together again. The unit has had its doors and screws for the top removed, and we can see parts are wood glued. It's solid wood and has a nice finish we'd like to preserve as much as possible.
