Job Description: We are looking for someone to help upload and build our online course inside Thinkific. All content (videos, worksheets, scripts, brand guidelines, etc.) will be provided — we need you to structure the course, upload the modules, and make it look visually on-brand and professional. What’s Required: Set up approx. 10 modules inside Thinkific Upload + organise videos, text lessons, worksheets, etc. Apply our brand colours, fonts, layout style (brand guidelines provided) Suggest simple multimedia moments or formatting improvements where needed (e.g. headings, section breaks, thumbnails) Ensure it feels polished, premium and easy to navigate (not just dumped content) You Do NOT Need to Write Content — everything will be provided. We currently have approximately 15 PowerPoint slides built around a train construction theme representing teamwork, collaboration, and progress under the STPSS brand. The existing designs were generated digitally; however, they now require enhancement and professional recreation to align with our final presentation standards. This includes both: • Recreating or refining the existing artwork where needed for quality and consistency, and • Integrating the faces of our senior leaders (around 10 people, including Directors and an Assistant Commissioner) into the visuals in a realistic, professional way. ⸻ Scope of Work • Review the 15 existing slides and determine which designs need to be recreated, refined, or enhanced. • Add approximately 10 real faces (Directors and Assistant Commissioner), aligning each with an appropriate character role (e.g. engineer, supervisor, builder, site lead, etc.). • Maintain or improve the construction/train theme, ensuring consistent lighting, tone, and visual style. • Recreate backgrounds or elements where existing images are too dark or lack clarity. • Ensure all slides remain PowerPoint-ready, with text, branding, and layout preserved where possible. ⸻ Deliverables • Finalised, high-quality versions of all 15 slides (PowerPoint-compatible and exportable as PNGs). • Realistic, professional imagery — no cartoonish or AI look. • Editable source files (if designs are recreated). • Both edited and original versions for review and approval. ⸻ Timeframe This is an urgent request — we’re aiming to complete the design work as soon as possible to meet presentation deadlines.
