You must be comfortable working both as part of a team and independently, taking initiative to solve problems, maintain quality standards, and keep projects progressing smoothly Carry out hands-on tasks including: Basic labouring Carpentry and minor joinery General handyman duties Light construction and fit-out works Support and supervise site activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.Fill labour or skill gaps across several projects when needed.Collaborate with trades, subcontractors, and project managers.Maintain a clean, safe, and organised site environment.
