I am in luxury brands retail industry, looking for a reliable, very organised and detail-oriented Part-time Personal Bookkeeper / Excellent level Excel Assistant to help manage day-to-day financial records and maintain clear, accurate Excel spreadsheets. This is not a complex accounting or tax position. The main focus is keeping everyday financial records organised and up to date. Main Responsibilities * Enter daily/weekly income and expenses into Excel * Maintain and organise cash-flow records * Organise receipts and invoices * Categorise income and expenses * Check records for missing or duplicate entries * Reconcile basic records where required * Maintain clear and well-structured Excel spreadsheets * Prepare a simple monthly income and expense summary * Help improve and maintain an easy-to-use Excel bookkeeping system Requirements * Strong Microsoft Excel skills * Previous bookkeeping, accounts assistant or financial administration experience preferred * Very accurate and detail-oriented * Well organised and reliable * Comfortable handling confidential financial information * Able to work independently * Good communication skills * Ideally lives in or close to SW1 / Central London * Able to attend in person 2/3 time a week when required, once settled can be Work at home remotely. 10-15 hour / week + No complex tax returns or advanced accounting work is required. If you have Sales skill is a plus. I am looking for someone trustworthy and dependable for a long-term working relationship. When applying, please briefly provide: 1. Office Assistant / Personal Admin / Business Development work Remote role (work from home ) just need good internet, Whatsapp / email proficiency, reliable, good English and some proficiency at getting things done in the UK ; if you can do basic spreadsheets (eg google sheet) ; basic math skills and online / emails / calling people in UK - it's a benefit if you have any experience or aptitude for interior designs & home aesthetics (e.g. have renovated your own home etc.) - that would be a bonus administrative tasks are a mix of property-related (sourcing things, researching things, getting quotes from suppliers/ trades) and personal admin and accounting - e.g. keeping records, filing forms , staying on top of bills etc. also some assistance with decluttering and selling surplus items on Ebay / marketplace this is for an initial 30min intro to a task, which would be an online meeting to introduce ourselves and present the first task. if the first task goes well, this would be ongoing work with me of 2-3 hours focused office admin, 3-4x per week. so ballpark 10 hours a week , 40 hours a month - this may vary = let me know if that works for you
