Key Responsibilities • Provide executive administrative support including calendar management, email organisation, and scheduling of meetings. • Assist with preparation of documents, presentations, and reports. • Support grant applications, partnership communications, and sponsorship correspondence. • Liaise with stakeholders, partners, and board members professionally and promptly. • Maintain digital filing systems and ensure smooth information flow. • Assist with social media scheduling and updates as required. • Track deadlines, deliverables, and follow-up actions for key projects. • Provide event coordination support for programs, launches, and community activities. Skills and Experience • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience supporting executives or senior managers, preferably in community, education, or not-for-profit settings. • Competency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Canva, or similar tools. • High attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality. • A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems.
