Virtual call taker Main responsibilities: responsible for recording the video of a meeting and relaying some important points from the meeting to the task creator, and relay back as such questions from the task creator to the meeting organizer, or vice versa depending on the time and situation. Side responsibilities: One is not needed to be on camera, responses will take the form of text and recordings Recording the time starting and finishing for accurate remuneration, as well as software used. Must be able to download a copy of the slide being shown and forwarding the content over to the task creator. Taking notes of key points and not missing anything for later revision. Generating some follow back questions to assist in studying. Compiling all of the websites being shown in a slide into a text(“.txt” format)file. Emailing the compiled resources to the task creator Writing an end of work summary for the software used and possible prices paid for them(image of template can be seen in the attachments. Requirements: Digital literacy skills A working computer, A working Browser of the task delegate’s choice, A meeting recording software of the delegate’s choice, can be paid or free, preferably free version in the windows OS; similar software for Mac, as long as voice and video of what’s happening on the screen is recorded Pen and paper for note taking on Behalf of the task creator, or digitally if need be. Notepad(software, found by searching the windows search bar for windows OS, Notes if on Mac), ultimately which ever method one prefers. Working email gateway. (It is okay too if one can copy and paste the materials they compile onto email and send to the task creator). Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite or other software application(some of it include other office software or application involved in the task completion work flows is highly desired) Video conferencing software is optional, must screen recording is a must. Comfortable room.

Surplus womenswear and some streetwear apparel inventory count/stocktake and reorganisation of stock in boxes. Storage unit flooded and everything had to be moved to this new location but the stock is a total disorganised mess and the printed inventory documents have been lost in transit. Requires a person that is good with stock counting for apparel. Take photo of each different product, note down quantity of sizes and number of items per product. Also require moving and reorganising boxes. I am unable to assist as I have fractured my ribs in an accident.

Need accountant / bookkeeper to complete 2 overdue income tax returns (sole trader, Xero) I am registered for GST. BAS has been lodged and GST is up to date (approx $10k previously assessed). All figures should be in Xero and will need to be reconciled so the income tax returns line up with GST lodgements. I’m looking for an accountant or experienced bookkeeper to complete my last two individual tax returns. I operate as a sole trader under my own ABN. Business name: Caroline Fifteen. What I do Online income Affiliate marketing Digital products / remote sales Small clothing brand (Caroline Fifteen) Some mixed personal + business expenses (happy to clarify) Setup Most income and expenses are already in Xero Bank feeds connected I can provide CSVs, invoices, and anything missing No employees No complex company structures No crypto No property Mostly straightforward sole trader income What I need Lodge 2 overdue tax returns (last financial year + the year before) Reconcile Xero if needed Make sure everything is compliant Flag anything I’ve missed or need to fix going forward Ideal person Has done cash jobs / sole traders before Comfortable with online businesses + affiliate income Based in Australia Clear communication, no upsell fluff I’m organised and responsive.
