We are a real estate agency looking for a professional and well-presented person to assist with a private property inspection. Your role will be to arrive on time, meet and greet one buyer in a polite and professional manner, hand over a printed document (we will email it to you in advance to print), allow the buyer to view the property without needing to accompany them, and then thank them for attending while letting them know the agent will follow up afterwards. This is not a real estate role — you must not discuss price, give advice, or enter into negotiations. Dress code is smart casual (professional and neat appearance). The job will take approximately 20 minutes in total. You will need to be reliable and punctual, able to print and bring one to two pages on the day, present yourself in a professional and friendly manner, and provide ID for verification.
