I have a PAYG and an ABN tax return that i need to submit for the last fin year. I have significant deductions and require someone that has experience claiming trading (CFD) losses and also propfirm losses also. I am happy to work online or meet I am in newmarket area in Brisbane I require the person to be a live certified, registered and endorsed tax agent with proof of such qualificiations - with experience in PAYG (approx 235K) w/ 87k tax withheld and around 100-150K in losses to offset. Essentially I want a five page or five tab Google spreadsheet, tab one: All business emails with the page reflecting three individual reports/tables/dashboards, with specific created column headings, columns to have filters, be formatted, drop down tabs and colour sequence. Tab two - to be two individual reports/tables/dashboards consisting of Hubspot emails and Qwilr. Tab 3 - to be a fully automated and updated with real time sync completed emails section or archive. Tab 4 - to be a large scale dashboard consisting of all emails, just a large scale overview of the email inbox. Tab 5 - to be A carefully constructed email template section, where I will create all required template emails, and also a comprehensive list of data which is the most common terminology or phrases used in Sales that I can just copy and paste directly into Hubspot once I have completed a call and wanted to provide details on the call. I’m looking for a developer to build an automated workflow system with the following steps: Step 1 – File Intake • A simple upload form/interface where a user can submit PDF/JPG/PNG files. • Files should be automatically stored in a designated Google Drive/Dropbox folder. • Each file must generate a unique ID for tracking. Step 2 – OCR Processing • Extract text from uploaded files using Google Vision API, AWS Textract, or similar OCR service. • Output should be provided as both JSON and clean text. • OCR results must be logged and stored for reference. Step 3 – AI Processing • Send OCR text to an AI API (e.g., OpenAI GPT, DeepL). • Return processed text. • Save both the raw OCR output and AI output together. Step 4 – Quality Control Layer • A second AI/API should review the processed text. • Must generate: • A confidence score (%) • A list of uncertain/mismatched parts • Suggested corrections • Results should be attached to the processed file. Step 5 – PDF Generation • System should auto-generate a formatted PDF using a template: • Left column: Original text • Right column: Processed text • Footer: Confidence score + timestamp • The template must be editable for branding later.
