Finding a spot for mounting
Before drilling any holes, your hired specialist begins the TV wall mounting service by helping you find the right spot for mounting. You determine which room and which wall to place the mount, while the specialist can find the perfect viewing height. They may suggest a different spot for the TV to have the best wireless signal to the internet if it’s a smart TV. Should you need recommendations about designing your interior so that everything looks balanced, you may book another expert beforehand.
Once you’ve agreed on the height on the wall, your specialist checks with a stud finder if there are any wires or pipes behind the wall. After they’ve determined that there’s no risk of cutting wires or puncturing pipes, they mark off the spots on the wall where holes can be drilled.
Drilling holes on the wall and installing mounting plates
Your TV wall mounting specialist drills the appropriate-sized holes on the wall for the mounting brackets. Some TV wall mounting systems require fasteners while others use bolts and washers. Whichever your TV wall mounting system uses, your hired specialist follows the instructions for the TV installation on your wall.
With the holes drilled into the wall, your specialist bolts or screws on the TV mounting plate. Your specialist makes sure that the mounting plate is attached securely onto the wall. Your specialist can use a level to ensure that the TV installation is perfectly horizontal.
Attaching the TV
Once the wall mounting plate is installed, the TV is prepared for mounting. If your TV has its tabletop stand attached, your specialist can remove this. Mount a 65” TV on a stud wall (bracket already purchased) Need help wall-mounting a 65 inch TCL TV (23kg) using a universal tilting bracket (OMP) I already have. Wall is stud/plasterboard over timber, so fixings need to land securely on the studs, not just the board. I have the bracket and TV ready, just need it fitted safely with the correct stud fixings and level positioning. Please bring stud detector, coach screws/wall fixings, and tools needed. need an experienced TV installer to mount my 50-inch TV onto a new MonTEK full-motion wall bracket that I have already purchased. The job includes: Securely fixing the wall bracket to the wall. Finding the wall studs (or using the correct fixings if it’s a brick/concrete wall). Mounting my 50-inch TV onto the bracket. Ensuring the TV is perfectly level and secure. Testing that the bracket tilts, swivels and extends properly. Leaving the area clean and tidy after installation.

Old trunking can be removed.
Eddy was excellent came with full tools and expertly assembled the tv and checked all working and put trunking, removing old tv and mounting. Highly recommended.

I’d like a 50” TV mounted onto my wall with a full motion TV mount, as well as 3 floating shelves either side (all to be square and parallel) the wall is a stud wall, but very tricky to find them even with stud finder! Have purchased an extra tool from Amazon for the TV for this. Ignore detail or measurements from pic - just a visual aide!!
My task was a bit tricky and complicated and couldn’t be completed in the end due to a dodgy wall, but Scott was so helpful and communicated very well. I’d hire him again (hopefully for something more successful!)
