My TV broke, It was 13 years old so probably past it but thought it was worth a try. Jay was incredibly prompt and efficient. In the end we couldn't repair it, but he gave me a full account of what was needed to be done and the options and in the end we decided it was not worth it. But he did this in under 24 hours.
