Removing nails and sanding floor. On the floor plan I have marked in red where there is plywood. In this area I just need the remaining nails removed left over from the carpet removal. 1 pic of the plywood is supplied. In the pink area it is the original house floorboards. There are lots of nails / staples / pins to remove- and then I’d like to revamp the floor as much as possible (sanding / filling where necessary etc)

Need a wooden floor sanded - essentially touching up a 5 year old floor which is looking a bit worn, so not a big floorboard renovation job. total area is about 60m2 (can measure before final price). The boards are engineered wood, so important to only remove the minimum. Can also discuss applying the Osmo wax/varnish as part of the job. Picture are from when the floor was originally laid - 5 years ago. Also include a hall downstairs and upstairs.
