Reposting as bathroom was not ready. To replace bath and sink taps and fit new bath panel. Sink is semi recessed and accessed by an opening at the bottom. Bath panel will need to be trimmed slightly. Please only reply if you have previous plumbing experience.

The bath taps are to be taken off, I think the pipes below are copper, taps to be replaced by deck mounted mixer tap, which will be supplied, with shower attachment and riser rail to be attached to wall also (also supplied.)
