Hi I need a few kitchen cabinets replaced. With a new worktop and a sink. I want to Replace this whole counter in the kitchen to close the 12cm gap for the cooker to get a larger fridge freezer in.

Need a a propper sander and abit of painting is needed, Ive has a recent paint job done in 2 living rooms and the hallway one room was a fresh plaster room, however the paint job was not up to the mark as the corners on the walls do not have a straight line between the white and grey, also not much sanding has been down can see many sections needing proper sanding. Reposting as bathroom was not ready. To replace bath and sink taps and fit new bath panel. Sink is semi recessed and accessed by an opening at the bottom. Bath panel will need to be trimmed slightly. Please only reply if you have previous plumbing experience.

Shower drain is blocked and water won’t go and toilet keeps running without flushing and won’t flush

There is a bath in the first floor bathroom. The bath taps are to be taken off, I think the pipes below are copper, taps to be replaced by deck mounted mixer tap, which will be supplied, with shower attachment and riser rail to be attached to wall also (also supplied.) The wall will have tiling done before work is to begin.
