I am looking for an experienced plumber with Hive smart heating installation experience to complete all work during a single visit. Job 1: Install Hive Smart Heating System I will be supplying a Hive smart heating system, including 6 Hive Smart Thermostatic Radiator Valves (TRVs). Scope of work: • Install and configure Hive Hub • Install and connect Hive Thermostat and Receiver to my existing boiler • Replace 6 existing radiator valve heads with 6 Hive Smart TRVs • Pair all devices with the Hive app • Set up room-by-room heating controls and schedules • Test and commission the entire system • Ensure each radiator can be controlled independently via the Hive app on my iPhone • Provide a brief demonstration before completion Please only apply if you have previous experience installing Hive thermostats and smart radiator valve systems. Job 2: Replace Kitchen and Toilet Taps • Remove existing kitchen tap • Install new kitchen tap (supplied by me) • Remove existing toilet/cloakroom tap • Install new tap (supplied by me) • Test all connections and check for leaks Requirements • Plumbing and basic electrical experience • Proven experience with Hive heating installations • Own tools and equipment • Ability to troubleshoot and fully commission the Hive system • Clean and tidy workmanship • All work to be tested and demonstrated before leaving Additional Information • Property located in Harlow, Essex • Photos of the boiler, thermostat, radiators and taps can be provided in advance • Hive equipment and replacement taps will be supplied by me unless otherwise agreed Please Include • Details of your Hive installation experience • Total labour cost for the job • Estimated duration • Any additional materials that may be required • Earliest availability Preference will be given to applicants who can complete both the Hive installation and tap replacements during a single visit.
