Roughly 3.5 x 3.5m area needs digging out to aid in levelling. I also need the topsoil removing as there is too much already (moved from elsewhere in the garden).

Some bricks are damaged on the top of the wall and steps and need replacing. In addition, about 6m of repointing is needed immediately above the damp course, mostly underneath patio window. And the spike for the drying line should be supported in concrete. Bricks for the whole of the top course to be supplied to match as closely as possible to the lower part of the wall- I count 77 necessary. Four photos attached.

Replace sink taps and plug holes in two batjrooms

We dont have proper air pressure coming in as we had some issue yesterday as someone turned off the main water tap for few properties while they were working on water pipeline. Thames water identified the issue and turned on the water supply for the properties. Since then, we do not have pressure upstairs taps but no issue at all in downstairs tap. I think this might be an air lock? We have condensing combi boiler with a water tank.

I've got a circuit board that has a blown resistor along with a damaged circuit chip. On the green side, you can see that one of the resistors has blown. On the white side at the bottom left you can see the chip damaged. Slightly above that is the damaged resistor.

Beats Solo 3 headphones. Needed a replacement headband and hinges . Hinges are the tricky bit as it needs a smouldering iron to unattach wire and reattach to get hinges on.

Three of the stair treads have broken which need replacing and reducing / stopping the creaking on the rest of the stairs.

My controller will not turn on or charge

So my straightner turn on it only gives me a red light and then a mechanical sound which doesn’t give me great confidence that’s it’s working. I need to be repaired.

My GHD platinum + strightner has suddenly stopped working and flashing red light with beeping noise.
