Existing 14 LED downlight fixtures to be replaced with new fire rated fixtures. New fixtures have already been purchased and have quick snap lock terminal block. I need to swap places two different downlights in my kitchen

Downlight keeps flickering when I turn it on not sure if it’s jsut the connection or needs replacing (it’s supposed to be a lifetime one and sometimes works) . I need Airtasker to bring all materials including replacement light if needed (but happy to pay for light separately if needed)
