Step 1: Assess and pre-treat
To prepare the area, your cleaner will move furniture (if possible) and sweep the floors. Your tile and grout cleaning professional will start by identifying your stone or tile type to ensure they use the right cleaning methods. They’ll also test to check if there are any sealers/coatings, and if your grout is sanded, un-sanded, or epoxy.
