Zip does not fully close and stops midway.

My top arrived (for my main 10th anniversary day photoshoot abroad in Santorini) and it’s nowhere near the correct size , even though I tried to follow the size guide but they don’t stock just one company. It took ages to arrive due to delivery delays and now I can’t get a bigger size -all out of stock and I fly out the very early hours of Thursday (28th) morning. This is the top… I need it extending by approximately 20cm please (I know im asking for a miracle) whether that means adding in a piece at the back and then reattaching the zip or whatever method you think is best. I had my heart set on this outfit and I don’t have any alternative anyway, nor (due to work) time to search for one that I may or may not find. So, I would be extremely grateful if I could please come and see you today and if you would please be able to alter it by Wednesday (anytime but preferably by late afternoon).

The slider has come off our large suitcase and I assume something would need to be down to prevent it happening again? To be precise the zip that’s come off is for the expansion part of the case. Happy for it to be collected or dropped somewhere just nobody seems to do this kind of repair now and I’m a stickler for repair before just replacing things.
