need a practical, organised personal assistant to help set up and optimise my mainstream online profiles for my resale work. This is normal admin and profile setup only (PG). No adult work. How it will work • First session is in-person at my place so we can go through everything together and you can show me your process. • After that, you can complete agreed tasks remotely, with short check-ins. Scope • Set up/optimise profiles on agreed platforms (e.g., Vinted, eBay, Depop, Grailed, Instagram; plus any others we agree) • Help organise photos and listings workflow (folders, naming, upload order) • Write/standardise bios, shop info, policies, and listing templates • Basic profile “trust” setup: consistent branding; links; FAQs; highlights • Optional: light spreadsheet/tracker for inventory and listings Devices and access • You will use a work laptop and work phone that I provide. • We keep access clean and secure; you log out at the end of the in-person session. Deliverables • Profiles updated and consistent across platforms • Simple “how-to” handover: what you changed, where settings are, next steps checklist • A basic repeatable workflow for uploading and managing listings Timeline Flexible; happy for this to be done over 7–10 days if it reduces cost, as long as we agree milestones and you communicate progress.
