The agency asked me to setup the business accounts at Meta (TikTok/Facebook/Whatsapp) and TikTok shop, and include them (the Shopify agency) to gain access to these to the business account. I started doing, but I need someone to complete / fix it, and add the agency still by tomorrow morning. I would rather this be done on my own computer, so I learn how to do for the future.
